This hotel is in the middle of downtown Austin. It is very loud and has a lot of homeless in the area. There is construction right. Ow and it was very difficult to get to the property. Check-in was great. Helpful customer service. Parking is $55 for self parking. I was told if I wanted to valet it ...

Awesome and helpful staff, room was immaculate, and great location to stay in, my only gripe is the parking situation it was a bit confusing at first as you had to pre buy your parking spot but aside from that it was awesome
