The staff was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeper was nice and happy to resupply items also made us feel welcomed. On all my travels this was the best motel I’ve ever stayed at. Would definitely recommend this place especially if your traveling.

Modest motel room, but clean and a fair price. Just fine for basic accomodations for the night. No coffee in the room or breakfast buffet, but 35 to 70 bucks cheaper than the motels across the highway that offer those amenities. Convenient to dining, HEB grocery store and WalMart. Good bang for your buck.

Photos need updating
Motel appears to have been upgraded and modernized. The dirty, leaking swimming pool has been converted to a basketball court, so don't bring a bikini, just a b ball. I was disappointed that interactions were conducted through a partially open window. That limited facilities like breakfast (not available). Not as advertised! But a very pleasant night's stay.

Fabulous Time
We went for our son's wedding who got married at the Gazebo at the Court House by a judge. Beautiful wedding and like 5 minutes from the Court House. Pizza Hut right next door and Valero all within walking distance. No noise from the highway, and no problems with construction. We even had a ceiling fan in our room which never happens, and he loaned us his personal iron. Great Place To Stay did miss the coffee pot in the room or being available, but I purchased some at the Valero.

Hard to get to. Lot of construction and you have to find your way around. Roads are rough due to construction so you have to be careful.

Much nicer than I expected - very pleased with the room. The free wifi was unusable. Extremely poor. Took hours to send a single email.

It was last minute andi usually stat at the Bastrop Inn cause its cheaper but this Hotel is a lot more enjoyable

The pool was out of service, which was disappointing. The room was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, even though on a busy highway. Definitely would stay again.

After driving 7hours check in was easy, pool was refreshing, liked the hardwood floors...for the price you get what you pay for it's comfy and it's good saving money on vacation 👍

This is a good place for an overnight stay. The girl in the front was very helpful and friendly. It's not fancy, but we didn't need fancy we just needed a clean bed and we got that. The ceiling fan and the light with it didn't work and she didn't have anyone available to work on it, that's really the only knock I can give it. Not meant to be a 5 star luxury suite, but when you need to spend the night in Bastrop, Texas, it ok.

I was a bit skeptical about staying at this place, it was one of two available at the time and I decided to go based on the reviews I read. I was completely satisfied and was very happy with the cleanliness of my room. I would not hesitate to stay there in the future.

Arriving at night, I was slightly intimidated by the area. Seeing it in morning hours, I wasn’t as concerned. The room was exceptionally clean. Area seemed quiet. Very close to several restaurants. Interstate was easily accessible. It is a budget hotel. Do not expect a lot of frills, but it was nice for the price.
