Overall we had a nice stay. Not many breakfast/lunch options in the hotel but that was due to staying off season so a restaurant on the property was undergoing renovations. Staff was helpful and very nice. I would recommend staying here.

I liked my sty here. The room was clean, no noise, fair pricing, and the location is near restaurants and stores in a walkable distance. I think the property is well-maintained. I’d suggest tightening up security because a couple of non-guests could easily walk around.

Great resort. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful grounds and close to airport and shopping. Nice casino as well. Food at restaurants were very good. The rooms need to be renovated. They are very nice and spacious but need to be updated.

The room is outdated. I did not particularly like the bathroom set up. The breakfast was good and the staff overall warm and friendly. On the last day of my stay, I chose to have some bites and some drinks from the bar on the property. On the last evening, it was alleged by the bartender/concierge that we never signed our check. I didn't appreciate being accused of stealing a drink that I paid for. I would most likely not stay here again and I would not recommend this properties to anyone to stay at.

We understand maintenance needs to happen but renovating the swim up bar when you’re trying to relax and enjoy the scenery, but a damper on the day. Maybe noisy work could have been down early morning or late evening and not durning the middle of the day. Other than that our stay was wonderful. Staff were very friendly and accommodating 10/10!

Our experience was excellent fromOur checkin with Joshua. He was very helpful from the beginning. From the conch fritters at the Beach Bar and the swim up bar to the spa services, we enjoyed so many aspects of the resort. We throughly enjoyed our experience. Thank you to everyone we encountered.

The hotel is conveniently located near the strip- a good 20 min walk... so rent a car because every taxi drive, 5 min away is $12+ - however, airport and further rides are $20+... the food was delicious. And the entertainment was mid. However, the resort had pools, beach, stores, casino and very friendly staff. The room was dirty. We had to clean the room. There were grease stains on the tv stand and wall unit. We also wiped down everything and could tell that the floors were never mopped.

The staff, breakfast was amazing and the pool and cleaning staff phenomenal. Only issues is that the rooms have a shared balcony, yes your neighbor can literally walk to ur sliding door in the main rooms. I found that super weird but we stayed and just pretended and hoped we had lovely neighbors. Also the beach is full of seaweed so if you plan to hit the beach rent a car or schedule a tour to a local beach like reggegae beach.
