Also, as we stayed in the apartment there were no potholder to remove items from oven, and no basics like salt and pepper. I was at the patio by myseld during the afternoon and the waitress never came to me (but she did served other tables around) so I had to go to the bar to order my glass of wine. This is very disappointing. Also, there was a miscommunication between the day and night staff at the lobby so they tried to charge...
