Hotel location is close to train station, which makes traveling easy. We got a Basel card, which offers free bus/tram rides upon check in. The room is a bit small, but clean. Mövenpick Hotel Basel
The design of the hotel rooms was uncomfortable, no space to put anything, you could hit your head where you put your luggage. If you were not careful, the room was so hot. We had to wait five hours for the room to cool down and could not sleep. Modern, yes,, comfortable NO!
