I would give it 10 Stars if I could. I stayed here for 10 nights and found it to be exceptional in every regard. The staff went above and beyond to assist in any way they could. I have only praise for this hotel and highly recommend it.

Great location, near tram stop. Quiet room, breakfast buffet was okey but there could have been more to offer. Room was nice and clean but there was an open view from shower/ bathroom to the room which was not so nice

Our room, a junior suite was quite large and surgically clean. Bathroom was very modern, large and with great water pressure. Staff was great. My only caution would be to comment that this is not an air-conditioned hotel in the usual sense. There is a system which can be set to lower the temperature in the room slightly, but we found it ineffective. If you're not comfortable sleeping in a warm room, this hotel might best be considered only in the cooler months.
