Sketchy people huddled around hotel. Was loud most of the night and a lot of smells that definitely didnt belong. Had to leave to deal with a family emergency and was told my loss on my money.

I honestly do not reccomend to stay at this place. If you dare to check in after midnight, they charge an extra day( which is not even posted on their site) beds were squeaky, sheets smelled dirty and the carpets were real filthy. I honestly just booked to stay the night, not for the luxury, but I will rather stay anywhere else. I will definetely not book here ever again

Very clean and nice room the only downfall was the pool was closed and I specifically messaged and asked about the pool but overall I would def stay again.

The sheets were dirty, scattered hair on them. I offered to put clean sheets on myself but was told there were none. So after walking long distances to bring in my things and get unpacked I had to repack and move to another room. Then at 4 am someones dog began loudly barking & woke me up. It was a miserable night here and Id definitely not stay again.

We asked for an extra blanket and was told there were no extras. Our hot water faucet in the room did not work and it took two hours for them to repair instead of moving us to a different room at 9:00 at night. We requested a handicap room for my husband because he cannot step in and out of a tub. We were told they did not have rooms with walk,showers and the toilet was not ADA compliant. The shower had big globs of hair on the wall. Also no local channels on the TV for weather or local news. Furniture was beat up and broken. Only an office chair to sit in. We will not be returning to this facility again. The night manager was cold and indifferent to our concerns and requests.

Large rooms were nice.. However, the neighbors were very noisy and I had to complain to the manager. It is a pet friendly hotel and many did not clean up after their dogs.

Unsafe and dirty

Hallways smelled like weed. Room had 2 queen beds, only one had sheets and blankets on it. 2homeless families living in their cars in the outback parking lot. Unsafe area for families. We only stayed less than a hour and checked out.

Was afraid to use the pool went to the room and it was not clean so they gave us a new room where construction was being done and was asked to not touch any thing in the hallway not a good experience at all and smells like weed everywhere you went

Entire building in disrepair and should be closed to the public until all issues fixed. Bullet holes in wall behind check-in/check-out counter; Missing security cameras; Only one staff member onsite; Building smells and had zero amenities.

Diamond in the rough

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel but I can see it moving in that dirrection. That being said, it was very clean, the bed was so comfortable and the staff was amazing. They are under new management and I can see the improvements being made. I spoke with (I hope I get the names right) Tammy and Debbie and they told me about what is panned as far as renovations. They were so sweet and we had such a good conversation. The staff at the front desk were so nice. I can't wait to come back next time I travel through Bartlesville.

Beds were comfortable. Drain did not drain well in shower, no refrigerator, elevator was not in working order. Picture on the website are deceiving, shows a fridge. Did not say the elevator would not work.

Hi, This hotell is a Big mess, nothing works doorlock broken, toilet broken when we arrive , no housekepping first then i been angry they change towels , manager promise new room but it was full booked so we need to stay in that ugly room but get a free night Never more at that hotel !!!!!! From 1-10 is a -5

The facility is still working to transition i think. You could see where somethings still needed completed. They didn't have refrigerator and microwave in the room for leftovers. The TV had dark places in the screen. The room was clean, the air kept it cool with the really hot weather outside, the bed a as clean and comfortable, check in was quick, house keeping was really nice about providing towels and supplies, and the pool was just about perfect. Plan to stay here again when we come to Bartlesville for family.

I called to let them know it would be late when we checked in only to find out I did NOT have a room due to not having any housekeeping!! 10:30 at night with a 7 yr old only to find out we would be sleeping in our car thank you very much. Exactly what we did. They didn't even have the decency to let me know they had cancelled my reservation! I would definitely not recommend this motel to any one. The man on the phone refused to call the manager and really didn't seem to have any concern for me.

We tried to check in an hour early and were told it would be a $20 early check in fee. We were then told that our room wasn’t even ready. Check in is at 3.00 so We then came around 4.15. We were then told that our room still wasn’t ready and it would be another hour or hour and a half. We went back again at 5.30 and the room was finally ready. When getting directions to the room, we were told we had to take stairs as the elevator did not work. Since we have someone who uses a walker, I let staff know that the room on the third floor would not work for us. She then gave us a room that would not require stairs. During our stay we had to go to the front desk every day as one of the 2 keys we had weren’t working. There were also other guests in the hotel that were extremely loud at all hours of the night. There were dogs in one of the rooms that would bark at 2.00 and 3.00 in the morning. I also asked for extra towels and was told that someone would bring them to our room, but they never showed up. We will not be staying here again.
