"As a solo traveler, I had a very large room. I think it was significantly larger than the room I booked. That’s a nice bonus, of course. The room was very clean, but quite bare and not at all cozy. A plus is the in-room safe. The room is cleaned every 48 hours. Unfortunately, on the third day, they took half of my towels without replacing them. I was not at all satisfied with the breakfast. You can’t really call it a breakfast buffet. There are two slices of toast and two croissants. Along with...

"I booked this hotel because was a Holiday Inn, had a pool, fitness center and the photos were lovely. However, This was a horrible stay. The pictures must have been stick photos because they did not accurately describe this place. We left after one night and took a loss on the booking. The rooms were old and the whole place had a gross vibe. I was excited for the pool but the floor it was on was being renovated and there was an awful noxious toxic smell so bad I had to leave. I asked the desk if...

"I experienced two troubling incidents that left me seriously questioning this hotel’s professionalism.
First, while I was showering, housekeeping insisted on entering my room despite my repeatedly telling them to return later. They entered anyway and remained for several minutes, completely disregarding my objections. I have no idea what they were doing, but entering and remaining in an occupied room against a guest’s explicit wishes is an unacceptable invasion of privacy.
The second incident...
