Achamos que o local teria mais opções de lazer por se tratar de um resort. Poucas opções tem pelo preço. Em relação a alimentação, tivemos algumas dificuldades, pois é restrito à sucos, por exemplo e quando pedíamos algo específico, como um simples suco de laranja, não éramos atendidos, sendo que pagamos all inclusive.

Esperava mais do hotel, instalações antigas, comida muito ruim, muita muriçoca, o que. comprometeu muito a estadia . O hotel fica muoto longe da praia.

O hotel é muito bom. Alimentação de qualidade. Funcionários simpáticos, elogios especiais para a Alice e a Eliene. Uma questão a pontuar é o Beach Club do hotel... Sugestão: sempre ir a tarde, isso não nos foi avisado... Não tem água... A maré só chega após as 14h. Passeio maravilhoso é a lancha na praia do Gunga e a praia do Francês!

I liked the room and tha swimming pool. I did not like the restaurant, few brands of beer only related to one big brand. You have to serve your drink yourself in small glasses, they do not even give you a bottle of water so you can stay dining, you have to go and come all the time.

Funcionários são displicentes e pouco atenciosos... O Resort é infestado de borrachudos, pernilongos e outros insetos, além de baratas andando pelos arredores das piscinas e do bar... Café da manhã deixa à desejar e jantar com bufet básico e repetitivo pelo preço cobrado por refeição

A única observação é que o box do banheiro tinha um problema de vedação e a água empossava no banheiro. Solicitamos a manutenção mas não fomos atendidos em nossa estadia. O restante foi ótimo.

Resort está mais para um hotel, pequeno e com poucas opções de lazer. Café da manhã e jantar deliciosos mas com pocas opções já que o restaurante é muito pequeno, a água da piscina muito quente, sendo assim, pensar em se refrescar, não tem como.

O hotel é muito bonito e muito bem cuidado, sempre limpo e com funcionários muito simpáticos. Comida e área de lazer excelentes. Para ficar perfeito, seria preciso mudar algumas questões em relação ao conforto do quarto, tais como: colchões de melhor qualidade incluindo o colchão do sofá-cama, toalhas mais novas, cortina com Black-out mais eficiente, chuveiros com melhor vazão de água e detalhes gerais de manutenção, pois no meu quarto o porta papel higiênico estava quebrado. Melhorando estes pontos, o hotel fica perfeito.

O resort apresenta uma estrutura muito boa, excelente atendimento é ótimo custo x benefício. Excelente com criança, pois além da enorme piscina, há um grupo de recreadores. Precisa de mais atenção em alguns pontos referentes a manutenção, especialmente quanto à qualidade dos chuveiros e do piso das piscinas. As refeições foram muito boas, mas poderiam ter maior variedade de pratos. O ponto forte é o atendimento.

O Hotel superou nossa expectativa, o apartamento bem amplo, com boas piscinas. Embora tenha avaliações ruins quanto a comida, nos agradou pela variedade e qualidade, mas pecando por não repor adequadamente. Os funcionários também sempre prestativos e à disposição.

Hotel muito bonito e alimentação ótima (café da manhã, almoço e jantar). Piscina grande e muito bonita, com ressalva apenas para a distância da praia, mas o hotel disponibiliza um carro para levar à praia com saída pela manhã e retorno à tarde. Não utilizei este serviço mas foi disponibilizado na chegada.
