"Good stay , room not as clean as expected"

"I specifically asked for a room that never had any animals in it, I went to take a bath dog hair all in the bathtub. I advised front desk they acted like they couldn't speak English. The older gentleman came towards me aggressively and loudly outside on the ramp in front of the hotel rude and disrespectful. I will NOT ever stay here again. The towles had big holes in them and we're old and stained."

"First things first; Their “luggage cart” is a red furniture dolly; which is really useless. Every single drawer in the hotel room was broken and unusable. Both chairs in the room had fresh stains on them. 2 very very small trash cans in the room so the hallway was loaded with trash sitting outside every one’s door to be picked up. I doubt that I would stay here again, if I did it would be with much lower standards."
