"We were hardly in the room. Room was clean. I wanted to upgrade to a better room. Went to the lobby, the staff lady answering questions and directing guest was so rude. She said all room are the same don't even bother wasting your money. I just walk away."

"It took over an hour just to check into the hotel.
We couldn’t even use the pool area because it was over full.
There was no sun chairs left or lockers to but our stuff in.
We didn’t even get complimentary coffee. We also got charged $60 for looking at our mini fridge.
They only had one person running the valet for the cars. We ended up waiting another 45 mins just to get the valet to bring our car around.
We go to Vegas every 3 months and will not be staying at this facility again.

"I reserved a one bed room and they gave me 2 twin size beds. Mind you, it was me and my girlfriend so that was awkward because we couldn’t sleep on the same bed. I asked for towels the 2nd day I was there and it took them 2 hours to bring them to me. The view was also terrible, we could only see the parking garage. This is definitely a budget hotel/casino."
