"Als wir ankamen wurden wir von dem Besitzer herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns wurde die komplette Anlage gezeigt. Unser Zimmer war sauber, ordentlich und landestypisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war typisch italienisch mit Süßem und Herzhaftem. Täglich wurde ein neuer Frühstückskuchen herbei gezaubert. "Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....

"I chose this hotel because of the location and reviews I saw in Expedia. It was a nice hotel but there were a couple of things I did not like. One thing was that there were private parties in the restaurant on 2 of the nights I wanted to eat there. My only option was room service which didn’t appeal to me. Also I only had one electric converter and the hotel does not provide additional ones as a courtesy. When I asked I was told to go across the street to buy one rather rudely. For the price of staying at the hotel I think they should provide one. Other hotels I have stayed in in Europe do that."
