"They are in the process of redoing some rooms and swapping over to a different company and the room was not ready when got ready to check in. The jacuzzi tub in our room was dirty full of grit from the remodel, the a/c didn't cool the room down like it should have, the bed was hard and pillow was to soft felt like you was just sleeping on mattress and they should tell guest they start working about 7 in morning working on rooms"

"My room smelled like cigarette smoke, the bed spread had burnt holes in it, the towels were very dingy and there was mold in the tub and shower. The worst thing for me were the roaches. I was not impressed with this property to say the least."

"When we first checked in we were sent to a room that had a terrible odor in it. My husband spoke with the desk clerk and he was very kind and immediately offered to move us across the hall. When entering the second room, it was such a pleasant smell. Very clean and nice room. He did take the time to walk into the first room as and he was certainly able to smell the odor. He apologized and said he would make a note of the odor. Im sure he turned in a work order for the first room. "
