Enjoyed my stay in Banya! No info was provided at check-in. However, it is a small hotel so it was easy to navigate and find out for oneself where the facilities were. The location at the edge of Bansko is nice and quiet with nature all around. The only down side is that the walls have no soundproofing so you can hear your neighbours conversations quite clearly.

We have stayed at this hotel two years in a row. The hotel is well located for access to the Gondola. The rooms are clean, albeit a little dated. The spa is an added bonus after a day on the slopes and the included breakfast is good.
