The location is great and close to both BTS & MRT, but some staffs seem to be unprofessional and sometimes unfriendly with low communication and understanding skill even in Thai language! We arrived at 7:30 am on our arrival date, but we contacted the hotel to ask whether is it possible to have an early check-in (normal check-in @ 2:00pm). The staff who answered the call informed that it can be arranged with 500THB add fee, which is ok for me. However, once we are at the hotel, the staff informed that there is no room for us to early check in. So, my GF gave her no. & ask the hotel to call us if there is a room available. The Hotel called us but to suggest that we can cancel if unsatisfied and inform us that we can change to other hotel. That's the first time. Finally, we can check-in at 14:30 after a trip around the area. About an hour later, the A/C has a water dropped from it (as shown in pictures). So, we asked to change the room. The staff came and suggested us to cancel again, but we asked her how this can be considered as "service-mind" as she didn't do anything but always start with that suggestion without any troubleshooting/assist us first. Then, she took almost 30 minute to provide us an answer whether we can change or is there any room for us or not. Once moved to a new room, she also suggested us again! The staff suggested us to cancel 3 times in total on our arrival date with lame excuses!!! After that day, we tried to avoid them the rest of our stay!
