there was some confusion about the size of the room; i expected it to be larger but since it was a conference and i hardly spent time here ... i am told breakfast was lousy; but i never made it to eat ...

Nice breakfast buffet, the food was surprisingly very good and the options change each day. Good cafe within the hotel which was convenient but there was a lot of good cafes and restaurants within minutes walk surrounding the hotel as well that I wish we had more time to try. The room was very clean and new. Air conditioning was good. The staff was nice, english was not the best but we got through. No self serve laundry. The room cleaner was nice lady but she doesn't refill any of the toiletries or coffee. I ran out of body soap and left the container open on purpose but she did not refill. Had to ask for everything when it's out. Inside the elevator always smells funny. Pool on roof top was ok if you could get it to yourself since it was small. Overall I would stay here again. Very clean and new hotel for the price.

Very nice property, great location. Staff was excellent. Good value particularly in this area. Heard a little road noise but it’s understandable on a busy road.

Old, and way smaller than it looks in photos
Definitely not 4*, more like 3* or 3.5 at best. The 1 bedroom was just a sliding door that cuts an already tiny room into 2 halves, much smaller than it seems in the photos. "pay at property" reservation but it was charged to credit card.

Property is not located where it is displayed on the map. About a 15 min walk. I would have not chosen this hotel had I know it was not where it was shown on the map. Bed was hard. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

This was a nice hotel, it's about 500 metres from the closest station which was more than I like when carrying suitcases. The breakfast options were lacking ie eggs with no bacon. Reception staff very friendly.

Time for an update.
Whilst clean and nicely appointed there was a number of areas/items of which were rather tired. Mould and paint/rot or some wooden surfaces and the wood framed glass partition (completely pointless and a nuisance) was broken and had caused damage to the floor but the wooden frame also blocks the view of the TV if lying in bed. The breakfast was OK albeit limited on choice. Wifi was constantly on and off and the room cleaning failed to replace the coffee/milk etc. I wouldn't rush back again, roof top pool is nice and quaint but as a whole it could do with some money spending on it to update the place.

Perfectly good hotel stay. Clean and cool. Nothing unique or charming about it but it checks all the boxes. Ideal if you’re looking for a clean place sleep. The surrounding neighborhood is expensive and food costs a lot compared to other neighborhoods.

Was warmly greeted by the front desk officers daily during my stay there. The room is clean and in good condition. The swim at the swimming pool was enjoyable despite the size. Walkable distance to Phloen Chit BTS station!

The staff were wonderful and very nice. The room was clean except for quite a few ants. Aircon is very good and cold which we live in hot Bangkok. However the property is more run down than the photos have advertised. Room is a bit on the small side which is fine as long as it’s clean. We stayed in room 306 which have noisy plumbing. We keep hearing water running through the pipes.
