A good hotel in a horrible area. From the pictures you would assume the hotel’s surroundings match its interior. The neighbourhood is very chaotic: cars going either way, motorbikes charging down the road, people walking in the middle of the road and market stalls all in the same confined area. It was quite dangerous. You must stay alert at all times. My children's feet were almost run over by careless drivers on many occasions.

Walking distance from BTS, but the route to hotel was really difficult to walk. Streets and roads are really crowded and narrow. However the hotel itself is really nice. Definitely will come back again

Can't go wrong with this hotel for this price
Went with family of 8. Very clean and new. Daily room make up is impeccable. Breakfast is generous too. My family is happy. You do have to be careful walking to main street as the small lanes are full of passing vehicles.

Location is good, but the room service everyday is not clean enough. They dun even refill the toilet paper when they clean the room, have to call reception for replacement.

The location is good, very near to Pratunam market. This was my 2nd time staying there. I was unfortunate given a room with the air conditioning set that makes noises and not cold enough. I requested to changed room after the first night as i couldnt sleep due to the noise through out the night. However my request was not entertained. They sent a technician which couldnt communicate well in English, "10 minutes" he told us and nothing happened after that. Luckily it was just 2 nights stay.

It was a pleasant stay at Spenza hotel, close proximity to street food, shopping. Albeit the heavy traffic outside hotel at times, there are always taxis and tuktuks available. Just opp around the corner has a family mart and around 30m away there's a big 7-11. Room was clean, the only down side was the placement of the aircon. Due to the placement, the air blows directly at your head-resting area, making it uncomfortable and the room takes quite awhile to be cool. Nonetheless, a satisfied stay.

Location wise is not great, walk 15 minutes to Platinum Mall on a heavy traffic street is not ideal for old folks. Please be careful, very narrow walkway on the street with plenty of cars in and out both ways. Got knock by a on coming car from behind and hit my elbow and driver didn't even bother to check if I was ok and he drove off. Only consolation is there are plenty of massage parlours all around this hotel. I will not return to this hotel.
