The attention to the customer was near perfection. The elegance of the hotel, the artwork, the music, the hotel's scent was all five stars. The hotel in general was peaceful and relaxing. Definitely would consider staying there again.

Best service and facilities (and value) I've had of any hotel I've been to. The area is short walk from the red light district and quite a commercial area (more shopping as less great places to eat) - this was a shortcoming for me but depends what you're after.

Staff are very attentive and friendly. Location is perfect , connects to sky train and Central Embassy is next door, 5-10 mins walk to Central World. Cleanliness in the room is the only issue we had, some of the towels are kind of old and there are some stains in the shower stall. If they can provide some fruits in the room daily will be nice.

Beautiful property very conveniently located to take the BRT and to walk to many malls /restaurants. We are Expedia Platinum and did get early check in and a room upgrade. However we were given a room next to a service area so heard noises from staff at odd times and carpet in hall seemed to have a musty smell as off the carpet got wet and didn’t dry properly. Biggest complaint is that we were supposed to receive a free breakfast daily because of our VIP status but were told their “contract” with Expedia did not include this. For an Expedia customer we would never have know this and may have made a different room choice. They did give us a complimentary breakfast for the first morning. Again hotel was beautiful, staff friendly and an excellent location to take the train and above ground walkways. We stayed there 6 nights and think we should have been given a better room location and the complimentary breakfast should have been honored.

Truly the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at! It was so incredibly clean. The staff made me feel so incredibly special. Truly couldn't find a single thing to complain about and that is saying ALOT! I am a particular guest with high standards and they EXCEEDED every standard I could have had.

Room is nice. Executive Twins at high floor with stunning views. Nice staff worth for six stars. Convenient location. Breakfast is very disappointing. Can’t imagine such few choices and low quality of ordered dishes. We skipped the breakfast even prepaid when booked the room. Virtually no VIP benefit for my booking as I booked executive twins room that the hotel couldn’t offer any upgrades when requested

Such an excellent experience, the entire staff was so hospitable and all the added little touches to just made it that much more lovely. Gorgeous views, a thoughtful hand written note from guest services management, the friendly dining and bar management/staff and wonderful scent you immediately notice when you walk into the Rosewood Hotel all contributed to such a great overall vibe and experience. Bummed I was too jet lagged to check out the pool and DJ session at Lennon's! This establishment is highly recommended, especially if you'd like some great IG travel content.

If only I could capture the smell of the hair care and lotion. Luxe marble details, well thought out details and amenities.
Bubblebath views, their are curtains so neighbors don't get a view.

The services from the staff of Rosewood were excellent! Every team is helpful starting from when you arrived, The concierge team welcomed you with their sincere smiles, Front Office checked-in us efficiently and as well during our stay, they helped me a lot whenever I had questions on making local Spa bookings or even pre-arranging taxi etc. Sorry, I forgot the name of the ladies at the front desk who helped me to make my first Spa booking, they even sent me some tea into our room for us to enjoy post-spa treatment. This is the true hospitality calls as a truly 5-star hotel service. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel with nice rooms and excellent services in the area.
