Good value
Good location and value for money. Best feature is you dont need a taxi from the airport. Just take the train for 40 baht and walk 5 minutes. Can be noisy as they are always renovating

Centrally located, accessible to all types of transport, and shopping m alls. Food is great, staff are accommodating. Complained about the extra bed to be replaced but was not. Every time you move it created noise and felt like it will be broken. Our room was not good.

The tour operator in the hotel is hunting for money like a Barracuda and not helping to get for example a meter taxi. The view out of the rooms on the backside is "worst case". No international tv programs.

This hotel is ok but not worth the money they are asking now, the Ramada hotel 5 minutes away is a 4* Hotel with a pool and only £4 more a night

Family stay
Booked a room with city view but got a room with window overlooking a wall. Bed was horrible, the spring was poking onto our body the whole night. Waking up everyday to bad backache. Please do something thing about the mattress. Buffet breakfast was good in variety.

Poor cleanning before hand-over rooms to customer
I have booked 3D2N stay for two rooms. My room still ok a bit, but my parent & children room a lots of cockroach inside the room when check-in. One day before check-out i just informed them, but they're mentioned, next day clean-up just put some chemical inside the room. And i was told them, tmr i check-out already.

I have been a Ardent traveller
The Reception entry was ok and fast, the Restaurant Staff and Manager very Rude , not even worth talking too.... Better Options and good places available close by if u ok to stay in Makkassan as the place not far from market area. Reception unhelpful and treated us like dirt as if they did not want to take up responsibility of the restaurant staff.... would not recommend this place at any price available

Overall is not bad
At first, the room condition totally different as I requested, but is ok after changed. The toilet flushing system has a small problem but still can be used. Just the aircon a bit noisy.

The pillow have got so many small curly hair. Bedsheets and blanket is so dirty have got stain. The wall and window curtain is so dirty have got stain. Worst the bedroom and the restaurant got mosquito and I have bitten so many and I went to the hotel reception and tell them and they never do anything about it. So disappointed and unhappy.

Good location in Pratunam area with easy walking to nearby Ratchaprarop train station which is 30min direct access to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Also walking distance to Central World.

The food was good. Housekeeping needed to be improved esp. the toilet.The front desk staff during check in is not so friendly with long face but the check out staff was very good. Anyway, forgetting about the front desk services overall service is acceptable.

We got what we paid for.
Was sent to room 228 on first day. That room really stinks due to sewage problem. Plus there was problem with the aircon. Hotel shouldn't have use that room for customers at all. Ask for change to room 210 and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was really mediocre. What to do since I'm on a budget? Location wasn't near to bts and we have to take cab or walk quite far to reach chit lom station. Think the next time I go, I would rather pay abit more to stay beside bts station. It's accessable to platinum and central world though. Staff were very polite and helpful. Still a good place to stay for budget travellers.

Nice hotel staff was very pleasant.
During my stay at the P.J hotel over all the building was kept very neat and clean however there was also some construction going on. The carpet in my room was not vacuumed unless I asked for the service. Information that they did not share with me was that if anyone goes into your room other then you and your significant other, they will charge you an extra $500 to your room bill. Even if the person is there for a few minutes.

nice and comfortable stay.
not the first time staying this hotel, more than 10 time. and i still like this hotel. a small hotel yet good location and friendly staff.the staff turnover here are super low. see them since year 2005 till now. so it like seeing old friend. Hotel doing some renovation currently and we was given a just renovated room. Also it a non smoking hotel. no smoking in the hotel room. wasnt it great to those non smoker?! : ) the location of the hotel was great, 3 to 5 min walk from the main road. so it quiet during the night you can have a peacefull sleep. shopping mall food court just few min walk distance and small eating shop and street food if you like. The room it not very big but it good for two person. two super single bed, TV, aircon,big wardrobe and mini refrigerator. the bath room much bigger than our HDB bath room. and the most wonderful part, the breakfast buffet spread was wonderful, to me it like a international 4* standard and very much better than China 5* hotel breakfast buffet spread. this coming jul will stay there again and will take some photo on the buffet spread.

Avoid until reconstruction is done, then it's fine
They were rennovationg the hotel and I had a room on the ground floor. The construction noise was deafening. Drills, jack hammers, saws etc. continuously. Breakfast is good. Check in is easy. Only 6 tv channels on an old box tv. Wifi good and fast.

This first hotel I have stayed at they would not make door key work until my GF shows up , you have two people stay n room both show ID , construction going on at hotel , A/C leaked the stop working , last time I stay here ,
