The rooms had roaches. There was a roach in the refrigerator when we got into the room, then we saw one ran from under the bed I woke in the middle of the night and there were roaches running on the toilet seat and they were in the bath. When I contacted the front desk all they said they could do is use bug spray. I asked about a refund even for one night they said no madam not at this time. I would not recommend this hotel. The whole hotel needs to be fumigated.

The room was infested with roaches, the first one I saw was in refrigerator then we saw some running from under the bed. I woke to use the bathroom there was a roach running around on the toilet seat in the shower. I reported this 2 times the only thing they offered to do was to spray the room with bug spray. I have bad allergies and I could not be locked in a room with bug spray. I had family staying in another room and they said the towels smell like bug spray. I would not recommend this hotel not even for my dogs

The area was ok, if your into clubbing and bars this is the area to be. A lot of night life. The room we got was the Grand Superior twin room. There is nothing grand or superior. The room had no window! We also had to kill a cockroach as soon as we walked into the room. No body soap. I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff was very nice. However one significant issue was bug infestation (cockroaches) in my room. I reported it and staff sprayed my room. This did not solve the problem. This was completely unacceptable. I would never re-book this hotel.

Grand president is always my go to hotel.this time I went busy period Chinese lunar new year , Pami the ever smiling lovely lady at reception have me early checking even reception staff milk another excellent staff always willing to help . Rooms are super clean supper breakfast. Nong at the concierge super. Grand president see you again soon.

Nice place but old design and furniture
Overall nice place to stay. Furnishings are dated and old, but in ok condition. Shower was the best I've used in Thailand. There were scribbles on the walls and furniture was chipped and damaged in places. Room is quite large and comfortable.

It is a nice inexpensive hotel that with easy access to the Sky Train which opens up the entire city to explore. It's not perfect but it is good for the price paid. I was happy with it and would stay there again.

You have very good employees who maintain high standards especially cleaning of rooms which was excellent.My room 1507 I was disappointed that some floor tiles have not been repaired so I was reluctant to walk around bare feet.I would stay there again.The Indian restaurant downstairs along with the breakfast it would be nice to have a colourful menu in the room with prices to encourage purchases.

It's a big no for me!!! The hotel looks nothing like the pictures except for the lobby. The rooms are very old and everything inside is outdated and has a damp smell to it. The worst part of it is that you will be vacationing with roaches. Our stay there was horrendous. There were roaches everywhere! There were roaches in the fridge, on the floors, in the bathroom, everywhere!! My husband woke up in the middle of the night to a roach on the nightstand trying to make it way to the bed. We killed over 10 roaches on one night! We complained on multiple times and the receptionists told us the room would be deep cleaned. Deep cleaning the room obviously didn't fix thr problem. On our fourth night there, we couldn't take it anymore and we were moved to another room on a different floor. Very terrible experience! I do not recommend.
