Four Seasons Hotel takes the time to think of everything that can make a guest’s visit to have the best experience. The entire hotel is high quality. Space Design, decor and amenities are outstanding. Beautiful smiles and greets by all employees wherever you go. Exceptional standards that overshadow other 5 star hotels.

A stunning riverside hotel with great dining and a beautiful bar. The staff are very attentive and friendly. It's a little further out from the main shopping areas in Bangkok but the property is very impressive so it is worth the 20 min ride to the city centre.

휴식하기에 최고의 호텔
최근에 지어진 호텔이라 모든게 깨끗하고 모던합니다. 세번재 방문이었는데 만족 스럽습니다. 다만 아이콘 시암까지 운영하는 셔틀 보트 간격을 30분으로 했으면 어떨가 합니다. 중간에 1시간 가량의 휴식 시간도 없앴으면 합니다. 수영장이 특히 훌륭합니다.

5 Star Hotel - Highly Recommend
As you'd expect, this is a fantastic hotel. We were greeted at the door for an incredibly smooth check-in. The front desk was happy to arrange all transporation, print documents, and arrrange dining. We had 2 great meals in-room, table was set as though we were fine dining. The staff was helpful, the facilities are gorgeous, pool was very nice. We had dinner at 2 restaurants on-site and both were great. Highly recommend!

Remarkable Oasis
We truly enjoyed the 4-day stay in this HUMONGOUS Riverfront ESTATE. It’s like an oasis in the midst of the busy city. You can use theirs Apps or WhatsApp them, they respond in a second!!! In AM, when the day was not that hot yet, we did floating-yoga (with Meow&Bamboo👍), Muay Thai(Boy is really 👍), Tai Chi (w the master Andrew👍) in the middle of this MAGNIFICENT LANDSCAPE with meticulous design! When you walk to your destinations, you will be in awe with this beautiful newly opened resort-liked urban hotel, water floating everywhere! Distinguish!The boat service from PRIVATE PIER is also very convenient to take you to IconMall & BTS station. Perfect stay for BKK💙Remarkable!

The hotel feels new and fresh. Everything is nice and clean and the people who work are fantastic. The pool area is very good, albeit with too few sunbeds on good days. The downside is that they are trying to digitize certain parts of service and customer experience. For me, much of the difference between four and five stars lies precisely in the service. Getting a toad or QR code to communicate or order with, or chats/chat bot, is not 5 stars for me. Another thing that I thought was even worse was when we were going into Siam square and I asked the hotel to arrange a taxi for me and my children and they arranged a taxi without seat belts. It's not ok and not 5 stars. Otherwise, a luxurious and nice hotel that is well located and has very friendly staff.
