Walls are super thin. People entering and exiting in the next room sounds like in my room. It's quite unsettling, especially when they bring in ladies at 2am. Other than that the hotel and staff are great. Will stay again.

The facilities look very clean and new. Its located about 5 min walk from main street, so takes some time. The room was big, but noisy at times from other guests. The worst part was the smell. I had to change rooms twice. The third time was ok. The staff did all they could to fix things for me, happy with the staff, but not the hotel. Fix the plumbing please.

This was my fourth time staying in this nice friendly little hotel. They put me up in 508 which is a good little suite with bolted safe, on demand hot water, two rooms, and two TVs. The hotel is very quiet but in an excellent location. They are guest-friendly without any hangups. The price is right too. Recommend!!!

Mac Boutique Suites is on a quiet part of Soi 7 Sukhumvit but very close to the action. They allow visitors. The room has a safe. The property is clean and kept in good condition. They have elevators to the upper floors. Good place overall and a good value also.

It's a budget hotel. You have all that you need in there for a good night or 2 for the cost. The room was clean, shower worked great, bed was comfortable, AC worked great, secure card for room access. What I didn't like... The room was separate from another room by a door and Chinese women in there were really loud all night making it hard to sleep. The area is full of vendors bugging you every 5 ft for their services. Lack of security cameras in the hall leading to the room. Only 1 American TV station. Stayed 3 nights and each night with less towels after they cleaned the room. No fridge, no microwave, the safe was rather pointless

Its a very average hotel, looks like an Indian Hotel in Bangkok. Not a very stylish place and the worst bit is that the big rooms has a small Air conditioner which has hardly any cooling effect on the room. The staff are friendly but I wouldn't recommend this Hotel.

Nice, quiet hotel close to everything
Large rooms relative to the price They have a big spread buffet breakfast, although I didn't partake. Staff are friendly, the facilities are good NANA BTS is just up the road. Plenty of restaurant choices. Hotel has access to Soi 11 as well. This is a repeat visit for me; no complaints.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel has it was minutes walk to the nightlife and food joints. I have been Bangkok many times and enjoy Beer Garden in this Soi has it is less then a minute walk.

Value for money
Location is slightly dissatisfying factor, but it is quite near to BTS which is a big relief. Room size was mentioned as 50sq mt, but it was very small compared to this, may be size should be mentioned as 25sq mt. Overall amenities, facilities and service staff was good. Easy check-in and check-out. It was easy to book taxi to airport at reasonable price. Value for money overall.

I enjoyed my room.
I only stayed for one night. But i really enjoyed my room. It was spacious, the air con was in both rooms and worked well. The shower was not really hot enough on full hot. The water pressure a bit weak. The overall room was nice, I loved the zebra print lounge, plenty of room to entertain yourself and a couple of friends if you wanted to stay at home for a quick drink. 2 televisions, 1 in bedroom, 1 in lounge. Indian breakfast was nice. Staff were nice. I have no complaints and if i was in the area, i would stay here another night. Walk down a safe looking alley (50m) to Soi 11, which has bars, restaurants and massages.

I had to find a hotel near the US embassy for an early appointment, and this place was very close. It is a short walk to the BTS skytrain, so you can get wherever you need to go. When I got there, I was a bit early, so they upgraded me to a really nice room so I wouldn't have to wait- so nice of them! Then, that night, there was construction directly outside my room and I called down to ask if they knew when it would be finished (around 9pm), and they moved me again so I could get away from the noise and get some rest before my early morning. Seriously impressed with this place!

I book this hotel because of the number of beds. I went with my wife and two kids. Actual Location is Sio 7 instead if Sio 11. Sio 11 is the backdoor from the café. Please note that Sio 7 is one way traffic and Transport cannot enter from the main road. -Enter from Sio 5 to turn into Sio 7 or Enter from Sio 11 after the Australian Restaurant/"Tattoo Signboard" to turn left into the backdoor of the hotel. I was very disappointed with the number of beds. Only 1 double bed is with mattress. The other two "single bed" have been combined into a "double bed" and it does not have any mattress on top of the base. They only add additional blanket on top the bed base. Although there are two toilets but only one toilet is with shower.

Close to the center of action, but quiet!
I stayed in a larger room the first few nights. Had to kill a couple large cockroaches and a few mosquitos in the bathroom. From then on, I kept the bathroom light and fan on, assuming the biters came from the fan vent. The larger room has tons of space. The walls are thin though. I moved to a regular room on a different booking. No problems really. A good size for a good price.

Great Hotel for Good Stay
I stayed there for 3 days 2 nights, and the experience has been more than what I expected. The room is spacious (as I have booked one with 58 sqm), the necessities are all provided - even serving four bottles of water and two bath towels even though I'm a sole traveller - coupled with the location, all make this hotel a good choice for stay. As I did not take the package of breakfast, I can't comment on it though. Still, I would like to commend the hotelier and the staff for providing such a fine hotel for travellers like me to stay and rest. One thing to note is that though the address is listed as 'Soi 11', the correct address should be 'Soi 7', where the hotel's main door is facing. If you are coming from the BTS train station and walk along Soi 11, REMEMBER TO TURN RIGHT INTO A SMALL LANE AT SALIL HOTEL in order to reach Mac Boutique Suite.

We stayed for 3 nights and the proximity of Sukumvit station was a great help. Ex-pats areas with a lot of places to eat nearby (the nearby Soi 11). Compare with other tour offerings before agreeing to the ones proposed by the hotel lobby tour.

Great Stay at Mac Boutique Suites.
My family stayed there for 3 nights. Though the room is big and very comfortable but it is rather old. I was not able to double lock the door. Location is great (Nana BTS). It is easily accessible to Asok, just a bts station away. To other popular shopping malls is extremely convenient. One disadvantage about the hotel is, never come back too late (after 10pm) as the path from Nana BTS to hotel is very very quiet. It can be very dangerous. Otherwise, this is a hotel to stay.

Sufficiently far from the Nana entertainment area, yet readily accessible to the Skytrain this is a clean, hospitable hotel with large rooms and all the necessary facilities. The rooms are tired but clean and there is a more than adequate restaurant.

Good location for singles/couples seeking nightlife, not ideal for families, given near red light area. Room didn't live upto photos, but spacious, functional, clean and comfortable; though bed a little hard for my taste. Plentiful hot water and good shower. Staff pleasant and courteous, spoke good English and service was good. They will even go out in the rain and stop you a taxi! Though it did take 36 hours to fix my safe, which was left 'locked' by the previous occupant! And the maid overlooked refilling the toilet rolls each day, requiring my diligence to avoid embarrassment! Breakfast was okay, though they do persist in clearing away the breakfast bar early. I'm not sure why, since this is extremely frustrating for guests that oversleep and rush to make it, only to find it closed prematurely! The BTS at Nana is only a 5 minute walk away, literally at the end of the street on Soi 7 (leaving via hotel's front exit). This makes it easy to explore the city and avoids the need for taxis, not to mention the chaotic BKK traffic. If you leave via the hotel's rear exit onto Soi 11, you'll find many bars, shops and eateries, (such as the Aussie bar with its sports screens) and many street food sellers if you want some local food. All in all, hotel can be reasonably good value if your looking for a short stay in a 'fun' area, but make sure you get a deal that compensates for the few gripes your likely to have.

Decent discount hotel but don't opt for a balcony!
The address listed says Soi 7 and Soi 11? Well I was there 3 days and never found the Soi 11 entrance. After after several minutes searching by cab late at night I gave up and went to Soi 7 The proper main entrance is on Soi 7 and to go between the two is a long blocks walk. Soi 7 is "one way" only too so one needs to enter at Soi 5 and then do a long loop round if you are using any transport. The livery is a bit old so pulls the first impression down but overall it was very clean and the staff well trained. BALCONY BEWARE! I chose the Royal Suite as it stated it opened onto a balcony. Well that was "true" and I was not expecting any great views however I was surprised that there was no entrance door onto the balcony! It merely had three windows..... To access you had to climb out the window! The balcony was dirty and messy as the cleaning staff could not access it either I guess!

Nice hotel in a great location
Hotel is less than a 5 min walk from the Nana SkyTrain stop. While the main facade is on Soi 7, the backside has access to Soi 11, giving you access to convenience stores, street food, restaurants, bars and even a great upmarket grocery store called "Villa Market". The Breakfast buffer has a very wide selection and includes common Western items you would expect as well as items catering to English customers (baked beans, sausage), Indian (4 hot dishes everyday) and Asian (4 hot dishes). They have made to order omelettes as well as specific items for vegetarians. Yes, they do have a salad bar (perhaps 8 items for you to assemble). Fruit, bread and juices. Something for everyone. The staff is very nice. I have been surprised that some of them greeted customers with familiarity and chit chat. Since multiple staff members behave this way, I imagine that there is an emphasis on friendliness towards customers.

Decent hotel but slightly seedy location
Hotel was alright, though the decor could be slightly more cheery and brighter. Service was slightly sub-par though, and a porter insisting on helping you carry a 2-kg bag up to your room and asking for tips is not really professional in my opinion. Hotel is tucked behind Sukhumvit, which is a chaotic (read: seedy) mess at night with street vendors and lady comfort service providers thrusting themselves in your face.

The bell boy is extremely polite... check in and out is fast but the receptionist service is a bot bad... Should smile more. This hotel is suitable for budget traveller.
