The property was very centrally located and comfortable. Staff very friendly. The only thing to say was the air conditionng was as effective and the bathroom sink was clogged unable to use the wash basin.

Online pictures are misleading.
Simply put - you get what you pay for. Staff is very friendly and nice. The room is clean. But the furniture, bedding and bathroom as well as the hallways and overall are dated, and in poor condition. Good for as short stay while in transit as they have a free airport shuttle.

The hotel was old and not kept up to date. Was clean. And staff helpful. Close to shopping and food. Our window looked onto a recycle lot.

I booked for 5 days and it says free breakfast. And i found out only one free breakfast for the whole 5 days stay. I could have booked 1 day at a time so i can have 5 free breakfast

This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. One star would be more applicable. No restaurant, no safety box, no swimming pool, hard beds. Rooms not so clean, basic room. The lady in the reception was helpful and friendly. The shuttle bus from- and to the airport is O.K.

The staff was not helpful and really rude. We had two separate booked rooms which got mixed up with payment. I would NOT recommend staying here.

We stay here every year. Great location near the airport and great shopping st the Paseo mall and street food up and down Lat Krabang road.

Room conditions obviously become aged compared with my lst visit in 2010. Air-con needs immediate improvement. Hot water for shower is week but better than nothing. Pros include big room, free car park, attentive staff. Can't complain too much in view of its lowest room only rate that mostly suitable for a short stay without expectations.

The front desk lady was rude, not helpful. Rooms looked nothing like the picture. Plus I found cockroaches. I inform the staff , and they didn’t want to help when trying to get my money back. I didn’t stay more then 10min!!!
