"Stayed here 7 years ago when this was an Ibis Styles hotel. Returning after this time and the hotel is maintained in good condition. Hotel is more family focused now, which I guess reflects the changes to Khao San Rd nowadays. Would stay again, only improvements I would recommend is the breakfast menu was pretty basic and staff lacked service attention to detail. (We found a hair in the scrambled eggs, and the staff just took it away without explanation or apology)."
