"The staff were very polite and helpful, all spoke excellent English. The view was so lovely! I’m really happy with the layout of the room and bedroom. It smelled lovely, the scented diffuser elevated the space. The bed was very comfortable. I do have to mention though that I was a disappointed with the shower, the marble was visibly discolored, yellowed and didn’t match the walls. Gave a very unsanitary vibe. The room however was kept very clean and I was pleased with the room and laundry service. Overall very satisfied but given the building is older, highly recommend calling ahead to ensure the bathrooms meet your standards, if you are immunocompromised like me."

"First and Formal, Breakfast was excellent there was something for everyone. The entrance and the Lobby was beautiful and smell good, the staff came and help with the luggage, however the hallway doesn't smell that good, that can be fixed if they want to, the Staff were willing to help if you ask. The very negative thing about the hotel is the driver lined up outside to take you places, this was my first time and I got scam, the driver; PINGPONG that's his name, promised to take us places we wanted to visit for 1500 Thai currency, that was a good deal, well that didn't go as we thought, in 6 places we wanted to visit we ended up visited 3 and 2 others are his vendors added by him, this were done in 2 days instead of 1 and we paid 1000 more. I am pretty sure there were complaints done before about this scam that is happening, the people at the hotel should have warned you about those scammers"

"Best location, friendly services, clean , new and updated facilities . The only negative which is out of the hotel’s control was the massive construction site in the front of the hotel . We will definitely stay at this hotel again but hopefully without the mentioned issue."

"We had a wonderful stay at Grand Centre Point. The hotel is new, modern, and beautifully maintained. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, and the layout was perfect for our family. The separate living room with a sliding door was especially useful since my husband often had to get up during the night for work calls, while our 6-year-old daughter and I could continue sleeping undisturbed. One of the highlights of our stay was the kids club. Our daughter absolutely loved it and looked forward to spending time there every day. As a family, we really appreciated having amenities that catered to both adults and children. We have previously stayed at the Waldorf Astoria next door, which is also a lovely hotel, but we found ourselves preferring Grand Centre Point. The rooms are more spacious, the property feels newer, and the kids club is a huge advantage for families. The location is excellent, with easy access to Bangkok’s major shopping malls, restaurants, and attractions. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and it has become our new favorite place to stay in Bangkok. We will definitely be returning every year when we visit Thailand."
