One of the best hotels in Bandung, staff is very courteous and the breakfast buffet is outstanding. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance which was something I would have looked forward to.

Three rooms that we've got upon check in was dirty , hairs all over the carpet. Bathroom is dirty, carpet is dirty. The staff is unpleasant overall condition of the hotel rated as 4 star was not suitable at all. The breakfast was over price We have requested quiet floor but the room we've got was so noisy as it was facing the main road.

Kami diberikan kamar yang berdebu, kran wastafel bocor, kulkas berisik yang error dan watee kettle yang di lem dan bocor dengan tutup yang patah dan lantai shower cenderung sangat licin. Breakfast dengan rasa yang kurang, banyak lalat di area pastry dan nampak tidak ada staff yang peduli. meja yang telah digunakan oleh tamu, tidak dibersihkan secara menyeluruh sehingga ketika kami ke meja tersebut masih ada sisa-sisa kotor di ujung meja padahal banyak staff yang lalu lalang. manner staff di area makan harus diperbaiki. biasakan untuk bertanya jika akan clear up area, bukan langsung mengambil walaupun sudah selesai.

Short visit - Positive experience

First time at this hotel and, notwithstanding the Covid, all hotel personnel was very friendly, trying to solve any discomfort caused by. Hotel was almost empty, like I assume, all hotels in this period. Breakfast was acceptable even if limited in variety due to the above. Plenty of TV channels. Internet working yes and not but not depending on the hotel. My mobile phone internet was working yes and not at the same rhythm. Room spacious, A/C system effective and silent
