"They are very unprofessional. Even though I had 2 room reservation for my family, when I checked in they said we have no room reserved. I had to find another hotel by taxi in that time. I never faced this before. That gave me a lot of unnecessary pain after 8 hours of journey. I highly recommend to avoid this hotel."

"Staff on reception were fantastic. Breakfast service and food was a little disappointing. However evening restaurant service and staff were great. Noisy will be true of any hotel of this style in Mumbai. I stayed during rainy season. So much plastic and tarpaulin around that it was quite dramatic when the heavy rain fell. Very good area to stay. I would recommend. Spa treatments are als top notch. "
