"This stay felt like a three‑star experience at best when compared to hotels in North America or Southeast Asia. The floors looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks, and the room had an unpleasant smell. There was only one coffee cup in the coffee bar area, no spoons, and we were expected to use a chopstick as a stir stick. Breakfast involved a long wait, and while there were a fair number of options, the quality was mediocre. The entire property looked tired and neglected, and both staff...

"The room was very clean and all the staffs were absolutely wonderful including Kapil, Nagesh, Tambe and all the housekeeping team. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Imran and Guneet are wonderful hosts and the decor was done beautifully by Guneet. The place is a little gem in Dadar and it is very hard to find such a place anywhere else. Would absolutely love to come back in future."

"Excellent location. Generally clean rooms with A/c and fan to beat the heat. good value for money. Restaurants near by. Kettle with tea coffee and creamer. Only issues I had were the shower temperature was very hot and cooled down in minutes and the room fridge was clean but stained. "

"スタッフはセキュリティとレストラン含めてとても親切でした。 廊下にお水やコーヒーがあるのもありがたかったです。 設備に関しては部屋の横で工事をしていてうるさい、エレベーターがない(荷物は手伝ってもらえますが) ペンキ塗りたてなのか匂う、トイレの芳香剤が臭い。 ホテルは清潔ですが フェスティバルに合わせて4倍の値段をつけるのはやりすぎかなと思いました"

"Terrible. We were booked to outdated rooms while our friends had the newly renovated suites which were way nicer. Room had a strong stench of paint that could not be aired out. The hotel was undergoing renovations way outside the communicated hours both in the morning and evening. I would recommend this hotel once the renovations have been completed, not before. Hotel management not accommodating given the inconvenience experienced."

"The lady at Check in was terrible 😢 and rude. The worst part was when I was going out for coffee and gave her the room keys, her reaction are you checking out. I said NO, will be back. Then she repeatedly called to know if I have checked out and will come back. I did call her back and let her know that now I am definitely not coming back. The rooms were ok. But nothing GOOD. Thank you !!"
