"Although the property is undergoing renovations, staff apprised in advance so it was not a surprise when we arrived. And! the workmen were not only accommodating but quite genial. The room was well appointed and the amenities were great (love the biscuits!). The complimentary breakfast is really tasty with a lot of choices. Best.hotel.ever!!!"

"We had a 2 day stay ,the 1st night we stayed in a very tied ground floor room overlooking the car park which we were not happy about , I saw Sarah at reception who was so accommodating and upgraded us to an amazing room on the 2nd floor which made our stay so much more comfortable with fantastic views of the gardens and golf corse !! we were so chuffed and would definitely come back to the hotel as the staff were lovely and the food was good..hands up to Sarah who made our stay perfect!! 5* for the second night "
