"Hotel has been taken over what used to be. The Pullman is now the Heritage. There are new renovations occurring at this property hallway. Carpets have been replaced, and I understand rooms are being upgraded without carpets.. we’ve been coming to this property for about 16 years honestly I think we’ve been in that room about three or four times. The room we stayed in had not been updated. Original carpets were still there and the room is showing where and tear. Minor electrical issue in the bathroom one of the bathroom lights would not turn off. We requested to be fixed and it was not done during our stay.. essentially, we had to make sure the bathroom door was closed because the light would not turn off. Woodwork is showing where and tear bed headboard showed wear. The bathroom showerhead was quite grungy and should’ve been replaced years . Overall, we’ve been coming here for 16 years with a notion they’re renovating. I would recommend this property to anyone. It’s located a five minute walk from the big mall and close to all amenities."
