"BEWARE!
Facts:
1- The evening before check-in I was told I and my friends needed to be relocated.
2- The reason given was that the owner did not want anymore short term rentals due to covid-19 (that's possible, fine)
3- The relocation was of lesser standing, not luxury and had issues with bugs and insects, my friends got bitten in their bed.
4- No response to my complaint, phone and message and no refund whatsoever as all prepaid and non-refundable. (not professional). Expedia could not do...
