"Check in and check out our a total disaster. There are constantly huge lineups at the front desk. On my day of check-in. I had to wait in line 4 times for 30 minute each time. Two of these long waits were for small, minor questions. They have a concierge desk.But of course with no concierge. I check in and check out.And answer questions or a total disaster"
