Quite mediocre - staff is ok and the hotel is not too far from the beach, but it is tucked away behind some of the bigger hotels and is in the far end of Ao Nang Beach. Cleanliness is not good - although the sheets are ok, the bathrooms have a lot of stains. The entire property is pretty worn out ...
