"Un immense merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel pour leur service exceptionnel. Dès notre arrivée, tout le personnel a été incroyablement aimable, souriant et attentionné. J’ai malheureusement perdu un sac de toile pendant notre séjour, et ils ont pris la situation en main immédiatement. Ils ont communiqué avec la compagnie d’autobus, effectué les suivis nécessaires et ont tout fait pour m’aider à retrouver mon sac. Leur professionnalisme, leur gentillesse et leur volonté de nous aider ont vraiment fait toute la différence. Un service à la clientèle comme celui-ci est devenu rare et mérite d’être souligné. Je recommande cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation et j’y reviendrais avec grand plaisir. Merci encore à toute l’équipe!"

"Stayed in a presidential suite. It was a good unit of 2 bedrooms on the 7th floor. The check in was not smooth and took more time than usual. There were issues with wifi as signal was weak but it got sorted out. The staff were quick to remind us that our room did not include a breakfast. Wierd because a person who has booked a suite would generally know what is and is not included in the booking. The staff could be more courteous."

"Worth the money- decent room, very nice staff, located close to the night market. There is a laundromat on the same block which was very convenient. Walls were very thin between rooms and beds are hard."

"Very nice deluxe room which was lovely and clean. It had a small balcony but panoramic city views from the double aspect windows being the end room. There was a kettle with complimentary coffee too. The en-suite shower was lovely and light, it also had shower cream and shampoo! The staff were extremely courteous. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had some traditional Thai porridge, steamed pork bun, chicken sausage, selection of curry with rice and egg plant. There was also toast, jam, marmalade and cereal. Great hot drink choice from the self serve coffee machine and fruit juice too. I will be staying at the Lee Hotel again when I’m back in February 2026. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough, a really excellent choice."

"The bed was comfortable, which makes such a change from 5 weeks of rock hard beds! The shower was powerful. The room was big. The public areas in the hotel were spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was nice and the service good. The reception staff were lovely, all eager to practice their English. Only negative was no WiFi in the rooms only in the lobby. A tired, but nice hotel. "
