I have stayed in this hotel multiple times . The TVs never work- I’ve given up. Despite being very clean and having a NO smoking rule the entire place smells Like smoke. The people doing this need to be caught and made to forfeit the security deposit. This past time I had to open the window in my room it was so bad. I realize your pricing brings in a certain clientele and this has to be difficult but it’s soooo frustrating! Also my door wouldn’t open - took 5 tries and I didn’t bother going back down for a new key - but then was afraid to leave room to go eat. This is the 3rd time this happened - ALL the locks need to be replaced!
