Room itself was clean and fresh. Maybe need more hanging hooks for jackets etc and bathrooms need a rail or hooks for towels.
Room was very small for us as a couple having to squeeze past one another getting ready.
Staff very friendly and decor lovely and non corporate.
The entrance and lifts were grubby and smelly - I would unlikely return due to the entrance and lifts.
Do not understand paying a £50 deposit on arrival - booked through Hotels.com and had paid prior to arrival - maybe says more about their expected clientele and was big negative for me for solely the principal.
