"Good basic hotel, clean, comfortable beds, and warm showers. Free wifi. Parking at the door of the units. Note the ridiculous signs about EV's causing fires and fines if caught plugging one in. Totally understand not wanting people to charge EVs from their room for cost, overloading fuses, etc., but given how rare an EV charging fire actually is, it would make more sense to provide a charger (user pays).
In all, an easy place to spend a night when passing through Euroa."

"Liked the fact that it was a historical building, in largely original condition.
Dislikes. (I had to keep reminding myself that $AUS79.00 is a bargain price for overnight accommodation.)
Hand basin in the room. Bathroom, incl. toilet, down the corridor. No mirror of any size, or TV, in the room, & no air con. Bumped into cleaner when I was departing. Wasn't going to comment but she earnestly asked for comments as new owners were renovating. She said she advises guests wanting a shower to...

"The property was clean throughout and comfortable place to stay. Great kitchen for long stays although a bit light on for plates and cutlery on 3 dinner plates!
Walk in shower and hot water was awesome shower head fitted with a LED temp sensor in which was a great idea have not seen this before in accommodation anywhere
Handy washing machine and dryer if needed
Bed was comfy not 5* or like home but you get that linen was clean towels were soft
Large tv in lounge dining area plus little out door...
