"Although the hotel was clean as was the room, there are no elevators, the pillows are not good. I suggest you bring your own, and the pull out couch was atrocious. Upon there was a bad cleaning odor which even bothered our eyes.. The AC air conditioning only worked in the one room. Included. Breakfast was okay. Not likely to return.l"

"The staff was helpful and nice and stay was good overall For the management there, the chair in the room where the bunk bed was, was ripped and stained but functional and the Queen bed in our room was a double but they told us it was a queen , we have a queen at home and that was definitely a double bed I think some of the furniture was dated and should be replaced to make guests feel more comfortable in the room"

"Don't bypass this hotel because it is older. Very clean hotel and staff are wonderful. Room may be a bit outdated but beds are new and comfortable as are the pillows and bedding so it provided a great sleep which is really important. "A nice Hotel - clean rooms and good bathroom. I liked that it was still right in Collingwood but much quieter area than being close to Blue Mountain area, which gets super busy in the summer. There is also a great 1-hour loop walk right across the street almost from the Hotel, which takes you right along the beautiful Georgian Bay inner harbour area."

"We picked this property because it was near enough to a festival / concert my partner and I were attending in the area and the hotel seemed to offer a considerable value for the reasonable room rate. Upon arrival, we understood why the rate was attractive -- the property appeared to have been largely neglected, at least in terms of the grounds and gardening.
