"We had a one night stay here on our way to Dublin. The hotel has a beautiful foyer and the reception staff member was very welcoming. Our room was spacious and faced the complimentary car park. We were surprised by the lack of air conditioning and absence of a bar fridge. Maybe this had something to do with our room rate. Included buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would recommend this hotel."
"We loved our visit to Lough Bawn and the beautiful grounds surrounding. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with owner Verity and the breakfast was delicious. We recommend this to anyone considering a peaceful visit in the area. We wish we could have stayed longer. "
"Castle Varagh Hotel is excellent for the price. The facilities are great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is peaceful a little bit of a distance from public transport and train, but hey it’s Castle Pollard!!"
