"Great location around central London and great view of St Paul’s cathedral. Only thing I can knock back is the smell in the lobby, kind of smelt like a sewer pipe had burst 24/7 (not sure if this was the case for just the one day we were there or if it is a persisting issue)"

"Great to have free parking in Kilkenny though the entry to the lot was difficult for a newcomer to find. Our room was clean and comfortable though very stuffy and smelled strongly of cleaner. "We book King deluxe so very happy with size of room. No A/C which seems to be the norm ! Was able to open balcony awnd window fr a nice cross breeze. Some of the staff were not suitable for the job (too young and inexperienced) the rest were very experienced / odd combo."
