"For the price, the lodge is a good place to stay at Harvey's Point. The rooms are compact but clean and have a shower, tea making facilities and enough space for clothing. We had a nice lake view and the lodge is surrounded by parkland and trees. The only drawback was walking in the open to the main hotel if the weather was poor., but umbrellas are provided. "The room was comfortable and they had convenient parking. The breakfast was lovely. My only complaint was that the hotel had no air-conditioning, and it was extremely hot in our room to the point where it was challenging to sleep both nights. We asked for another fan on the second night,but we’re advised that the hotel did not have any additional to offer. I would stay there again during cooler months, but not in the summer."

"Hotel room had no air-conditioning, broken toilet had to be fixed, in room safe was broken could not be used, also had a week old expired full container of milk in the in room safe upon our arrival. Ask for a bucket of ice, didn’t have, but given a glass of ice… we questioned how to keep our refreshments cold and we were told there was no in room drinking allowed. Shower door was “ Jerry rigged” which allowed extensive water leaking all over the floor. We booked through Expedia, and I honestly...

"Love central location. We had a great dinner in the bar and enjoyed the musical entertainment. It is an older hotel and noise carries. Someone was banging doors from 10-12.00 very disturbing. Only real suggestion is more and better quality towels."
