"Nice hotel in a nice area"

"It is a very beautiful town, but the hotel is dated and didn’t feel clean. The heater would not turn off, so it was hot. It took a while for them to accommodate us. The restaurant on sight is excellent."

"Shane made us feel very welcome and even allowed us in even though we were significantly early. The room was very tidy and well dressed up, and everything worked in the room. We soon then took off down the road to visit Bunratty Castle and Folk Park and spent the remainder of the day there. We went out with recommendations by Shane and it was a great choice. In the morning - breakfast was very very good and was granted an alteration to my breakfast order and he surprised me with it and...

"The rooms are overall comfortable, however during the summer, the lack of AC made it hard to sleep. I saw a cobweb on the ceiling. The tables next to the beds are inadequate. The water in the sink was scalding and I couldn't find cool water until the next morning to wash my hands. Overall, the room was spacious with a tv and a desk. No breakfast which was disappointing for the price. Just ok to spend one night."

"The hotel was very nice, and the front staff at the desk were truly amazing. I loved the chocolates and the turndown service of my bed at night. The concierge helped secure my driver back to the airport to begin a non stressing trip home. We totally recommend and would stay here again."

"The reception staff were very friendly and efficient - both checkin and checkout went smoothly. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. We appreciates the 5 Euro credit coupon for each day we did not have Housekeeping. We used these to offset costs in the bar/restaurant. We would book again."

"We were in a suite. There was no mini bar, no kettle. Had to go to lower floor parlour for coffee. Only 2 hangers in wardrobe. No lock on bathroom door which was very heavy. No shower screen and water leaked from shower hose soaking floor. No where to hang towels in bathroom. Reception closes at 6pm!"
