The Provincial is a wonderful choice for an overnight stay in Ballarat. The hotel is beautifully presented, with clean, comfortable rooms and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. The location is ideal—central and convenient, yet still quiet enough for a great night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and attentive, and everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. Quaint little hotel near amenities

Fantastic location and walking distance to many places. Friendly staff, comfortable bed. While rooms are small it was more than enough for an overnight business trip. Would recommend and stay again.

The room was clean and had everything we needed, albeit on the smaller size, but no great issue for us in that regards. However, we weren’t all that happy with the number of steps, in particular at the entry to our room and into the bathroom. These presented as tripping hazards for us and required constant alertness.

A lovely property with a spacious room, comfy bed and a big bathroom. Its right across the street from Ballerat train stn and it was easy to walk everywhere. The restaurant attached to the hotel, is called Lola and was wonderful. Great atmosphere, delicious food and customer service team were fantastic!
