Great Value Accommodation

Perfect accommodation for our one-night stay. Conveniently located near Coles supermarket and Sebas Bowling Club where you can get a reasonably priced good quality meal. Enjoyed the in-room spa to unwind from our travel day. Will definitely stay there again when next visiting Ballarat.

I regulary travel to race and stay at variois accomodation but this accomodation was trully up there with more costly establishments. Clean, comfy bed and excellent linen and very friendly host. Wish for more places like this.

Do some crazy traffic jams in Melbourne we arrived after 9:00 PM, which was their office closing time. Thankfully, the instructions for finding the room and the key had been clearly explained to us over the phone, which we really appreciated. It was a cold, miserable night—but walking into the room felt like such a warm welcome. The owners had thoughtfully turned the heaters on ahead of our arrival, and that simple gesture made all the difference. It was a lovely way to start our stay.

A good quality motel with easy access to the CBD.

The overall experience was positive. The room was spacious and clean with a good level of equipment. my only quibble was a scarcity of storage for non-hanging clothing.
