On the plus side, the rooms are clean, they give you complimentary water, and the inn is connected to a decent restaurant, for which you are given a breakfast credit."

"Old motel. Holes in bathroom door, outlets in bathroom didn’t work and reset button missing. Floor was sticky in kitchen area. Thought there was no hot water but have to let it run for 2-3 mins. Get what you pay for. Front desk staff friendly. Had full kitchen in single queen room. Quick one night stay for hockey tournament, good for what we needed. "

"Initially we found the Evergreen Inn by accident and loved it. We stay there every visit to the Antigonish area. It's quaint, cozy, very clean, well equipped, comfortable bed, room front parking and close to the center of town.
There's lots of space in the room and they well-supplied bathroom. Even fly-swatters and shoe horns are neatly hung by the entrance door.
Couldn't ask for more and at a great price. "

"We had to ask each time we wanted the room to be cleaned
The lobbybof the inn has a very strong smell of Indian cooling. No place in the room to.put clothes away. A very small & unstable coat rack was the only place to hang clothimg. Inadequate for 2 people. Staff was vet pleasant"

"The Room was small. Ideal for one person. Lots of storage, but little room to get around the bed. The person on the right side of the bed has to deal with the A/C blowing on them all night as it is about 12 inches away from the edge of the bed.
The bathroom is small with a small shower.
For parking I had to park on a street behind the hotel, about a 5 min walk from the hotel."
