"Tiki Bar was closed. Cafe only open for breakfast. All but one ice machine were broken. 9 floors and only 1 floor had a working ice machine. Staff seemed bothered when asked for things."

"Loved the amenities here. Check in folks were lovely. Clean unit and spacious. Air conditioning broke but we were able to switch rooms. Shower faucet blew out of the wall and hit a family members leg. 2 fire alarms during stay with one at 4am. Virtually no plates, glasses etc in kitchen but otherwise ..."
