"The pool’s heater was not working and they had no hot tub so that took 1 star away. It was the main reason we stayed here. Unfortunately my reservation was nonrefundable so we had no choice but to stay there. But addition, the dog area had sprinklers going every morning 5:45-6:30 when we went. Our only option was to walk a few blocks away to a dry, stickery field. The buffet supplies were no maintained so by 8am there were no forks or fruit. The hotel was quiet and very well maintained though."

"I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room looked when opening the door. Parking right in front was convenient. The desk staff was very nice when I checked in. I slept very comfortably on the large bed. The shower was a bit short and I had to bend to wash my hair but other than that there is zero complaints about this hotel and I intend to use it in the future when visiting my family in town."

"I can't express enough how nice it is to stay at a family-run Inn! 6 months ago, I posted a question asking for a good place to renew our wedding vows on Orcas Island. The Landmark Inn's owners suggested some places and remembered us when we booked our room. We text them to say we were arriving late due to a flight delay. They made late check-in easy for us and had a wonderful charcuterie board from The Goat and Company (https://www.thegoatandco.net/) waiting in the refrigerator! They sent a note explaining that all businesses would be closed by the time we reached our room, so there would be nowhere to get food. I would have been happy with a PBJ but this board has just about everything on it! Receiving that personalized help was so nice; it really started our vacation on a good foot. We had a spectacular view of the East Sound right out of our windows and balcony. Can't say enough nice things about the Landmark Inn!"
