Some of the local staff members were rude - especially this middle aged male server who almost yelled at me for wanting a drink. He messed up the drink anyway - ordered a Cabernet and he brought me white wine. The bellboy was very kind and helpful but the lady at the reception who checked us in was merely mean. "Very dirty place. Disgusting bathroom, old and dirty. We staid in the hotel for seven nights , they never cleaned our room. Only changed the towels once. Never cleaned the floor not changed the linen. We will never stay in this hotel again. "

"The location is excellent; however the building is dilapidated. There is a huge mosquito problem due to the lack of regular fumigation. On the good side, the restaurant has excellent food and service and the beach is super nice. "
