"This is my second visit to The Navigator- Ocean Heights and the location is fabulous! Reception desk staff are very friendly, in fact all staff are and very polite. Been in an ocean view room twice, recently in a room that had a large balcony looking straight at the ocean which was truly amazing! Walking up to amazing views was special. Great pool area too. If I am going back to Albufeira for a third time I will definitely only stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend to everyone!"

"Perfektes Hotel"

"No complaints - local beaches also excellent"

"Good"

"Overall, I had a good stay at Aqua Pedra dos Bicos. The hotel was comfortable, the location worked well for our trip, and the staff I interacted with were generally friendly and professional. The main issue that affected my experience was being contacted twice regarding noise complaints from my room. I fully understood and accepted the first complaint, as we had been on the louder side that evening, apologized, and made a point to keep the noise down afterward. The second complaint was more...

"There was 14 pools but not one was heated so my grandson would not go in swimming. The hotel is well suited for families and catered nicely to children, but a little too touristy for my taste."

"Lovely apartment really spacious and the staff are lovely especially Paula at reception Spotless clean Pool area could do with a slight up grade but other than that lovely place"

"lovely clean and upmarket hotel. Nice ambience there. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Swimming pool area great can still walk to more local areas from there too. Will come again was very happy in our one bedroom apartment with a nice terrace."

"Amazing breakfast. One of the best I in a very long time"

"Hôtel idéalement situé et bien équipé même si les chambres côte rue sont quelque peu bruyantes. La plage et le centre ville d albufeira sont accessibles à pied et il y a un centre commercial attenant"

"Le bruit et le service internet ne fonctionne n’est pas et manque de papier toilette et beaucoup trop cher pour hébergement et services"

"Beautiful hotel, but in a very busy area. I will say the breakfast was awful. Not to our taste. No change in options from day to day. The views from the Monica collection was spectacular. There is a fabulous restaurant on the beach called the beach cafe that provided romantic, delicious meals in the evening. Overall we had a nice stay"

"Nice hotel. Lovely room. Nice spa and gym and good location from the strip. Close to shops. Would definately revisit"

"Great stay here at Alfagar Village. The property was vast - many pools, restaurants and activities for kids/adults. The beach is a bit of a walk away but very convenient to have on the property. The rooms have been updated and were clean. Staff was always accomadating - thanks for Theo and Goncales for all their help with everything! Location was great for travelling to other locations as well and there was ample parking available."

"Lo mejor que tiene son los atardeceres. Excelente personal."
