"Stay was serene but building is highly dated in terms of room upkeep and property appearance but staff as polite and helpful"

"Location is great. Restaurant onsite is a plus. If it wasn't for the roaches I would have given it a better rating but I won't be back because of roaches."

"Charged me twice to park in their parking lot, wasn't like it was a parking deck, regular Comfort in. Been traveling all day to catch an early morning flight. How does anyone stay there with no car? Then in the end they charged me twice!"

"Entering into the forth night, there was an invader ( a lizard) crawling by the balcony window. My wife screamed. I contacted the hotel staffs regarding the invader. They calmed us down saying that it is normal in Miami. The staff suggested that they will dispatch a pets control to remove the invader. The night we questioned the staff regarding the invader, they all saying the record did not mention anything. They assumed that the invader has been However, the morning we are leaving, the invader...

"Location fine. Staff helpful. Transport awesome"

"La atención al cliente no es buena realmente te cobran de más no hay mucha información área de la piscina está bien precios adentro del complejo extremadamente altos"

"The property is ok. Breakfast as usual American continental breakfast. Due to the humidity of the season, the room smells always damp. For the shuttle, I have my concerns. Despite it’s a third part company that gives the service, we stayed more than 2 hours waiting for some, and in the final we got an Uber due to its inefficiency."

"This place is clean and nice for me there was not enough lighting in the rooms, lighting is very poor. Also they charge a 150.00 incidental fee."

"Hotel staff were very nice and gave us an early check in. The location was walkable to the nearby shopping mall. The rooms were pretty dated, mainly the bathroom area. The issue with this hotel is we got 0 sleep due to the traffic noise. It was so loud all night…nonstop racing of engines and squealing tires. The other travelers in our group were awake all night as well. We spoke to others in the lobby in the morning and they said the same. I would never stay here again."

"The one night stay was great. The staff was excellent, and the early morning shuttle to airport was very helpful. The include free to go breakfast was also a plus. The area was quiet with a great view of a golf course. The only minus was the toilet bowl was stained and would run if the handle wasn’t fiddled with. I still would stay here again."
